Great mountain views from the balcony, helpful staff, and a relaxing indoor pool and jacuzzi. We loved the cute bag and story paper left on our door.

We had a lovely stay at this mountain hotel with breathtaking views of the surrounding area. Our spacious room had a cozy vibe and the comfortable bed made for a good night's sleep. the staff was friendly and helpful, offering us delicious breakfast and dinner options. the indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi were an added bonus to our enjoyable stay. the hiking maps and information provided by the hotel were very useful.

The language barrier was a slight challenge, but the staff made an effort to communicate with us.
